Nick transitioned from the US Marine Corps in 2020 following 15 years of service as a career logistician and transportation professional. He has led teams on many levels, at home, abroad in combat, and in support of combat operations.

Nick closed out his career serving as a Senior Enlisted Advisor. He is a graduate of several military and leadership academies, including Sergeants and Staff Non-Commissioned Officer Schools, Senior Enlisted Joint Professional Military Education and Joint Humanitarian Operations course. Additionally, Nick has attained his undergraduate degree in Organizational Leadership and graduate degree in Human Resource Management, including certifications as a Resilience-Building Leader Program Trainer and Certified Professional within the Society of Human Resource Management.

Nick gravitated toward the security industry following his transition from the military, where he collaborated with a variety of teams, including leading corporate security teams tasked with protecting sites contracted by the Department of Defense and private security teams tasked with securing high-net-worth clients for Executive Protection.

Additionally, Nick has made a significant impact on the communities he serves and has demonstrated a true commitment to giving back through his consistent involvement in philanthropic initiatives. Nick has dedicated his time and resources to supporting various organizations such as the United Service Organization, Marine Corps Community Services, HandsOn San Diego, and the Single Marine Program for over 10 years.

Nick founded CAMPLEAD with the goal of providing comprehensive leadership training and development programs to professionals across various sectors. By equipping leaders with essential skills and strategies, CAMPLEAD aims to enhance overall team performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement within organizations.
